All of the operationd conducted in the Baldwin planty and substantially all of the operationxs conducted in the Russiq facility will be relocatexd to Troy and the Baldwih facility willbe closed.
All active employeew at the Russia facility are being offered employment at theTroy , the parent company of Clopay, said it will take a charges of about $12 million for pre-tacx exit and restructuring, and make a capital investment of about $11 million. Jericho, N.Y.-baser Griffon (NYSE: GFF) is a diversified holding company.
